Certificate II in Hospitality

This course can be delivered across one year and is aimed at Year 11 and 12 students. The units marked * are also in the Certificate I course. The focus of this qualification is as a waitperson in a cafe. Students are expected to participate in 10 service periods over a period of time e.g. the School Year, in a cafe serving customers.
